Manager IT

We are looking for a dedicated IT Manager to oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and reliable operations across all systems and networks. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT operations, networking, and server management, coupled with leadership skills to guide a team and spearhead digital transformation initiatives. This role demands hands-on experience with diverse technologies and a proactive approach to managing IT services, vendor relationships, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain uninterrupted IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and internet services, to ensure continuous business operations. Oversee the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of hardware, software, and systems to meet organizational needs. Lead data center operations, including regular backups and disaster recovery planning, to safeguard critical data. Administer POS systems, enterprise servers, and system integrations across multiple locations, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance. Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for support, system upgrades, and new technology deployments, maintaining strong vendor relationships. Implement IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and surveillance systems to protect organizational assets and data integrity. Monitor network performance continuously and resolve technical issues proactively to minimize downtime. Drive automation initiatives and support digital transformation projects aimed at improving operational efficiency. Supervise website management and ongoing system enhancements to ensure optimal functionality. Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, providing guidance and reporting progress and challenges to senior management.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university is essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in IT operations, networking, and server management. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, server administration, and IT systems management is required. Hands-on experience with SQL databases and the Open Cart platform is necessary. Proven skills in vendor management and effective problem-solving are critical for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs150,000. The role requires in-person attendance at the work location to facilitate close collaboration with the team and management.
