Job Purpose

To lead, secure, and optimize the organization’s IT infrastructure across physical data centers, multi-site networks, and cloud environments (Azure & Google Cloud).

Ensure high availability, security, compliance, and scalability of all critical IT systems.

Drive innovation, vendor performance, and cloud strategy execution aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead management of Corporate Data Center and all DR sites across plant and sales locations, ensuring high availability and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure resilient network architecture with redundancy, failover capability, and maximum uptime for all business-critical applications.
• Oversee configuration and performance of network infrastructure (VLANs, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connectivity, SAP & Azure integration).
• Manage cybersecurity operations including firewalls, endpoint protection, patch management, DNS security, and threat response.
• Execute and enhance cloud strategy across Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and O365, ensuring scalability, cost optimization, and integration.
• Evaluate and implement appropriate cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid) to support evolving business demands.
• Lead vendor management, ensuring infrastructure partners meet performance, SLA, and contractual standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives (AI Ops, resilience enhancement, automation) to strengthen infrastructure reliability and efficiency.

Education, Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Proven experience managing multi-site infrastructure in a corporate or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong expertise in Data Center Operations & DR Management
• Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, O365)
• Network infrastructure (VLANs, routers, switches, Aruba/H3C Wi-Fi)
• Cybersecurity tools (Firewalls, Trend Micro, Ivanti, Infoblox)
• SAP & enterprise system integration
• Systems thinker
