Our client, a renowned Group of Companies with a strong presence across multiple sectors, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Operations to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving effective coordination across diverse projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution across business units /projects and maintain close liaison with project Heads and the CEO.
• Supervise trading activities with the CEO.
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes, policies, and systems to improve productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments including finance, HR, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment and operational synergy.
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics; prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Identify operational risks and bottlenecks; implement strategic solutions to mitigate them.
• Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and business expansion plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and safety procedures.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in operations management, preferably within food commodities business environment.
• Proven leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational software/tools.
