Careem is currently seeking a Manager Performance Marketing to join its world-class growth marketing team. This role will focus on paid media excellence and oversee acquisition strategies to ensure quality and best practices across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Careem’s digital performance marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clear communication of project briefs to the marketing team.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Programmatic, and Video channels, balancing performance marketing and branding initiatives.
- Address business challenges proactively and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies across all digital platforms.
- Drive innovation in performance marketing and leverage data analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal digital strategy planners and external media partners to maximize collaboration and results.
- Develop and implement annual media strategies across all categories, focusing on sustainable platform growth and performance optimization.
- Prepare and present strategic proposals to stakeholders, supporting business development and marketing excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in PPC and data-driven digital marketing strategy, with a proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform tools, including Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Google Analytics 360, and Campaign Manager.
- Solid understanding of attribution models and hands-on experience with mobile measurement partners such as Adjust.
- Familiarity with dashboarding and data visualization tools like Looker Studio or equivalents for reporting and insights generation.
- Demonstrated experience optimizing app campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Ability and willingness to automate marketing processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Strong skills in developing marketing strategies, preparing detailed proposals, and confidently pitching ideas to business stakeholders.
