Role Description 

The Manager Sales, Medical Billing RCM, will manage sales processes and build relationships with healthcare providers to promote revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical billing services. Core responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, growing the client portfolio, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The individual will also work closely with internal teams to customize solutions for client needs and provide seamless onboarding and support for clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi.

Qualifications 

• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and medical billing practices
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the healthcare industry
• Ability to create effective sales strategies and negotiate contracts
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficient in relationship management and customer service
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in the healthcare, BPO, or IT services industry is preferred
