About the Role:
We are hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Market Research Analysts. This role involves identifying and engaging professionals for client projects. It is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented candidates interested in developing research and communication skills while working remotely.
Compensation:
Monthly compensation based on submissions and performance

Working Hours:
9 hours per day (including a 2-hour break)
Aligned with UK business hours
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with industry professionals through approved communication channels
Screen and engage potential experts based on project needs
Work closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
6 months–2 years of experience in research, recruitment, or lead generation
Updated LinkedIn profile preferred
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
Must not be a full-time student or full-time employee
Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Research Analyst Compensation Structure
Monthly Compensation
$350 per month
Based on achieving 2 validated and verified expert submissions per working day, approved by the project coordinator
Working days: Sunday to Friday
Shift timing: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM UK time (including a 2-hour break)
Compensation will be adjusted pro-rata based on performance against the monthly target
Performance Commission
Individual Commission: $25 per credit ($250 for 10 credits)
Repeat booking with the same expert = 0.25 credits
Working Hours
Shift: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM UK time (including a 2-hour break)
9 working hours per day, Sunday to Friday
