Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and driving the organization's growth. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership in the mental health sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and implement SOPs for the marketing department, ensuring streamlined processes.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media presence.
- Create, implement and oversee below the line marketing initiatives including wellness festivals, seminars, conferences etc.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders and mental health advocates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize marketing efforts.
Organizational Growth & Development:
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and partnership growth within existing clients and with new clients
- Develop innovative strategies to position the organization as a leader in the mental health sector.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment of marketing and EAP strategies with the company’s mission and vision.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing and EAP teams.
Clinical Protocols & Training Development:
- Design and implement clinical protocols for psychologists, counselors, and life coaches.
- Develop training programs to onboard mental health professionals effectively.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in mental health support with ethical compliances.
- Oversee continuous professional development initiatives for mental health practitioners.
Key Deliverables:
- Marketing strategy aligned with company goals and target audience (e.g. B2C clients, B2B clients, mental health providers and stakeholders).
- Effective marketing strategies that boost BeMe’s engagement with existing and new corporate and non-corporate clients. .
- Strong strategic partnerships that enhance BeMe’s outreach and service offerings.
- Below the line marketing implementations for brand visibility and growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in engagement and reach through marketing initiatives.
- Number of mental health professionals successfully onboarded and retained.
- Number of strategic partnerships established and maintained.
- Number of corporate clients and/or services increased per quarter.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Up to 6 years of experience in marketing.
- Strong knowledge of mental health programs and employee wellness initiatives.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, SOP development, and policy implementation.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
- Experience in digital marketing, branding, and stakeholder engagement is a plus.
