You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to promote our accountancy services, enhance brand visibility, and attract new clients in the UK market. You will be working closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement campaigns, handle digital marketing, and track performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for blogs, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media profiles and online presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing materials support lead generation and client conversion.
  • Maintain consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels and content.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Help manage relationships with external agencies or third-party vendors when needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications,or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management (experience in accountancy/finance sector is a plus).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics,Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyse marketing performance andoptimize strategies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) for creating visuals.
  • Basic knowledge of accountancy or financial services is a plus.
