Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join our team and help enhance the growth and visibility of our brand. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing marketing communication campaigns, organizing events, and supporting placement activities. This position demands a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to shape effective marketing strategies. Plan, develop, and implement marketing communication campaigns specifically for conferences and exhibitions. Generate both qualitative and quantitative inquiries by applying innovative ideas and strategies. Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts conducted before and after the center’s opening. Prepare various marketing materials such as brochures, letters, emails, and website content to support promotional activities. Organize events, placement drives, and marketing seminars both within the premises and at external locations. Collaborate closely with Academic Counselors and Placement Executives to follow up on inquiries and assist with direct marketing and placement initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with media outlets and manage social media campaigns to boost brand presence. Communicate with target companies to build and nurture business relationships. Prepare detailed market analysis reports and offer actionable recommendations for management review. Conduct training sessions for career counselors and provide training across multiple branches as needed. Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in marketing. Strong communication and networking skills are essential to succeed. The ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing environments is important. Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and planning skills. Creativity and strong writing skills are required to develop compelling marketing content. Commercial awareness and a good understanding of the market landscape are necessary. Proficiency in IT and customer service skills is expected. Presentation skills and the ability to analyze information accurately are important for this position. The candidate should be capable of multitasking and motivating others. Being presentable and able to work efficiently under pressure is crucial. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and the ability to work on-site are also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preference will be given to male candidates who have their own transportation, preferably a bike. The position is based at Sharah e Faisal and is full-time. The monthly salary offered ranges from Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
