About SeekMath

SeekMath Ltd. is a UK-based online tuition company providing personalised learning support to students. We are looking for a creative and proactive individual to manage our social media presence and produce engaging content that connects with students, parents, and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SeekMath’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with SeekMath’s brand and audience.
• Create, film, edit, and publish engaging reels and short-form videos.
• Design social media posts, stories, carousels, and promotional content.
• Write clear and engaging captions and promotional copy.
• Coordinate with teachers, students, and team members when content participation is required.
• Respond to comments and messages and support audience engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, sounds, and content styles.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and reach.
• Support marketing campaigns for student admissions, teacher recruitment, and company promotions.
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all platforms.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to create and edit reels and short-form video content.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar editing platforms.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage a content schedule.
• Comfortable occasionally visiting the office or other locations for content creation.
• Previous social media management or content creation experience is preferred.
• A portfolio or examples of previous work will be considered an advantage.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid and flexible role. Most planning, designing, editing, and account management can be completed remotely; however, the selected candidate may be required to visit SeekMath’s office in Malir Cantt, Karachi, for meetings, filming, or content creation.

Compensation

• Monthly salary: PKR 30,000–35,000, depending on experience and skills.
• Additional compensation will be provided per reel produced.
• Opportunities for performance-based growth.
