Marketing & Social Media Executive

The Marketing & Social Media Executive is a Head Office–based position responsible for strengthening the brand presence and digital communication of Nasra Public School (NPS) through strategic marketing, branding, and stakeholder engagement. The role focuses on showcasing academic initiatives, student achievements, and campus events across various media platforms.

It also involves regular campus visits to capture activities for promotional use and to support the Academic Coordinator in ensuring effective coordination and communication between campuses and the Head Office.

Specific Responsibilities:

Marketing & Social Media

· Develop and implement a digital marketing and social media strategy aligned with NPS’s campus-wise needs analysis.

· Manage official social media platforms and ensure timely, engaging, and professional content.

· Visit campuses to capture academic and extracurricular activities and events (photography, videography, content creation).

· Design marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, brochures, event highlights) in line with NPS branding guidelines.

· Update and maintain the school website with accurate and current information.

· Monitor online engagement and respond professionally to comments, inquiries, and feedback.

· Track performance analytics and prepare periodic progress reports.

· Collaborate with campuses to gather stories, achievements, and highlights.

· Support admissions campaigns, outreach initiatives, and event promotions.

Academic Coordination Support

· Support in updating the syllabus and academic data on the school software.

· Assist in assigning exams to students through the academic management system.

· Coordinate and support the organization of teacher workshops, training sessions, and academic programs.

Serve as a communication link between the Head Office and campuses to ensure timely updates and effective coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
