Mathematics Teacher – Grade 7 & 8

AIMS School Karachi is seeking a dedicated and passionate female Mathematics teacher to instruct students in Grades 7 and 8. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Mathematics and the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. This role requires commitment to fostering students’ conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities, while maintaining a positive and disciplined classroom environment. The position is based at the school’s location in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, and requires in-person teaching.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to Grade 7 and 8 students effectively.
- Plan and deliver well-structured and engaging Mathematics lessons.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding and enhance their problem-solving skills.
- Conduct classwork, tests, quizzes, and other assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Monitor and track academic performance of students regularly.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.

Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics appropriate for middle school levels.
- Experience teaching Mathematics to Grades 7 and 8 students is preferred.
- Ability to communicate mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve academic success.
- Good classroom management skills to maintain discipline and engagement.

Salary and Benefits
The salary package ranges from PKR 30,000 to PKR 50,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills. This offers a competitive compensation aligned with the candidate’s expertise and contribution to the school.

Work Location
The position requires in-person attendance at the school located at D-21 Al Hilal Society, Allied Bank Street, near University Road, opposite Askari Park, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 15, Karachi.
