Our client Hamdard Pakistan is looking for a Mathematics Teacher in Karachi.

Hamdard Public School (HPS) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mathematics Teacher to join its Team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong command over mathematical concepts and possesses proven capability in preparing students for the BSEK board examinations. This role requires delivering clear, engaging, and concept-driven lessons that develop students' analytical thinking and problem-solving skills while focusing on exam readiness. The successful candidate must effectively integrate educational technology to enhance learning experiences and utilize data analytics to monitor and improve student engagement and performance. Excellent classroom management and assessment skills are essential to ensure efficient lesson delivery and accurate evaluation of student progress.

Responsibilities

 

• Plan, prepare, and deliver well-structured Mathematics lessons tailored to various learning styles and aligned with the BSEK board examination curriculum.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere that promotes active student participation and intellectual curiosity.
• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly using various formative and summative assessment tools to provide timely feedback and support.
• Develop students’ problem-solving skills by incorporating real-world examples, critical thinking exercises, and exam-oriented practice sessions.
• Use data analytics to track student performance, identify learning gaps, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessment results in compliance with school policies.
• Encourage and support students in developing study habits and strategies that prepare them for board examinations and future academic pursuits.
