Must-haves: Meta + Google for lead gen, GA4/GTM basics, Looker/Sheets, clear English.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience with Meta and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of direct response vs. value-driven funnels
- Proven track record with a solid portfolio or case studies
- Fluent in English (95% of clients are US/English-speaking)
- Tech-savvy with GoHighLevel
- Tech-savvy with Funnel building, Automations, Attribution Tracking & Ad Account Setup.
- Great copywriter (knows how to use the power of storytelling to create great ads)
- Daily Reporting
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize media buying strategies on Meta and Google
- Manage Lead Generation and E-commerce campaigns to achieve client KPIs
- Research audiences, trends, and market insights to inform strategy
- Continuously test and optimize to improve performance and ROI
- Generate AI-driven video and still creatives.
- Report campaign performance clearly, highlighting wins and areas for improvement
- Join client Zoom calls to troubleshoot and provide expert guidance
- Stay updated with the latest platform changes, trends, and best practices
