Position Overview: As an Experienced Medical Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing claims, following up on denials, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing the revenue cycle. You will work with a highly skilled team in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support to healthcare providers.

Job Responsibilities:

· Accurately and efficiently manage medical billing for various healthcare providers.
· Process claims, follow up on denials, and ensure timely resolution of billing issues.
· Verify insurance information and ensure proper coding of medical procedures.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, healthcare regulations, and billing software.
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
· Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries.


Key Qualifications:

· Proven experience in medical billing, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
· Strong understanding of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), insurance policies, and healthcare regulations.
· Proficiency with medical billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
· High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
