To support our rapidly growing merchant network, we are hiring Merchant Trainer Executives who will ensure our partner brands deliver a seamless and premium Bogo Liv experience.
Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding and in-person training sessions with merchant staff on the Bogo Liv app, redemption flow, offer handling, and customer interaction protocols.
Ensure QR systems, POS material, and brand visibility assets are properly installed, activated, and understood.
Visit merchant locations regularly to monitor compliance with Bogo Liv standards and strengthen partner relationships.
Act as the first point of contact for post-onboarding clarifications, operational queries, and basic troubleshooting, escalating issues where needed.
Work closely with Operations, Acquisitions, and cross-functional teams to align training with go-live timelines and ensure consistent service quality.
Maintain training logs, submit visit reports, and document feedback to support continuous process improvements.
Provide insights and recommendations to refine training materials, SOPs, and overall partner experience
Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu
Willingness to travel within the assigned city for merchant training
Self-starter with a sense of ownership and commitment to service quality
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Certification in training or facilitation skills from a reputable institution (a plus)
