We're Hiring: Meta Ad Specialist + Social Media Manager.

• Location: Near Driving License Office, Korangi, Karachi

• Salary: Rs. 150,000 – 200,000/month

• Shift Options: 10 AM – 7 PM or 12 PM – 9 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

Meta Ad Specialist Duties:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for performance and ROI

• Conduct audience research and segmentation

• Collaborate with creatives for ad visuals and copy

• Track results via Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools

• A/B test creatives and landing pages

• Stay updated on Meta trends and platform changes

Social Media Manager Duties:

• Develop and execute a content strategy across platforms

• Create engaging posts (text, image, video) tailored to our audience

• Monitor SEO, web traffic, and campaign KPIs

• Respond to followers, manage reviews, and maintain brand consistency

• Propose new features like contests and promotions

• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 years of Meta advertising experience

• Minimum 1 year managing social media platforms

• Strong grasp of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and analytics tools

• Creative mindset with solid copywriting and content creation skills

• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing strategies

• Excellent communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills
