MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - INCHARGE

Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & maintaining of Minimum Inventory Level (MIL) of small packed products at Lahore
Coordination with Sales divisions, Business Managers and sales staff to meet their lubricants requirement
Facility Management, its upkeep and maintenance/upgradation through Revenue/Capital nature projects to ensure safe and efficient handling of products (receipts, storage & dispatches)
Plan and coordinate with lubricants Manufacturing plants for product dispatches/receipts at warehouse for customer requirements
Ensure compliance of all SOPS, HSE procedures, security of location, Quality Management System, management guidelines, relevant regulatory & Labor laws, for ensuring safe and smooth operational activities Job includes coordination with internal and external security and administrative agencies for resolving safety and security matters of the location
Well versed with Inventory management through SAP or equivalent ERP system for real time management of receipt and dispatches.
Responsible for efficient dispatch of finished goods from warehouse to other Upcountry depots and
customer locations and ensuring optimum inventory of Finished Product all the time
Coordination with Cartage contractors to arrange vehicles for product secondary transportation from Lahore warehouse to different company's locations or customers
Coordinate with SAP business key users to resolve SAP related issues during the process

Education
Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Engineering, or related field.

Experience
• Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.

Requirements
• Ability to operate MS office and SAP/other ERP softwares
Strong follow-up and coordination required
Good communication and management skills will be an added advantage to get the job done
Capability of handling subordinates, cartage contractors and drivers required
Experience in the lubricant industry is also preferred
