This position is centered on acquiring new customers by understanding their business needs with a focus on lending solutions, particularly Home Finance. The role aims to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and deliver value-added financial solutions that support the bank’s long-term sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, offering expert advice on Home Finance products and related financial services.
- Use strong communication and analytical skills to evaluate and recommend approvals for both commercial and residential real estate financing.
- Provide clear guidance to borrowers regarding their financial status and payment options, ensuring transparency throughout the process.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to collect loan application details, perform needs-based assessments, and resolve any questions.
- Assess applicants’ financial health, creditworthiness, and property valuations to determine loan feasibility.
- Explain product options, terms, and features clearly, with particular emphasis on Home Finance procedures and bank policies.
- Meet monthly sales targets and secure asset commercial bookings in line with scorecard objectives.
- Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory updates, adjusting strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
- Adhere strictly to group policies, local laws, regulations, and internal controls.
- Uphold the Group Code of Conduct and report any suspicious or irregular activities promptly to management.
- Maintain professional integrity and foster positive relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure full understanding and compliance with all contractual terms throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Stay informed about Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), compliance frameworks, and audit requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated success in sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of home finance products and services.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Practical experience in mortgage lending, home finance, or related financial sectors.
- Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
