MS Excel Expert (English Fluent) – Night Shift

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled MS Excel Expert fluent in English to join our team in Lahore for a full-time, on-site night shift position. This role involves supporting US-based projects, providing valuable international exposure and opportunities for career growth in data analysis and reporting. The position is based in Gulberg 3, Lahore, with working hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update large datasets with precision and accuracy. Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros to streamline data processing. Conduct thorough online research to gather relevant data for project requirements. Identify and resolve inconsistencies to ensure high data quality standards. Prepare well-structured reports for internal teams and clients to support informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with a strong command of complex functions and data manipulation techniques. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively and document findings clearly. Skilled in online research and data sourcing methods. Exceptional attention to detail paired with strong analytical skills. Previous experience in data entry or reporting roles is preferred. Must be available to work on-site during the specified night shift hours in Lahore.
