Job Title: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Accounts & Finance (Female candidates preferred)

SMB Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our Accounts & Finance team as Management Trainee Officers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in bookkeeping, accounting, and finance. Trainees will gain practical experience handling financial tasks for both local and international clients, allowing exposure to global accounting standards and practices. Successful completion of the six-month training program may lead to a permanent employment offer for high-performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records accurately.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Support monthly and annual financial closing processes.
- Help prepare financial reports tailored for local and international clients.
- Ensure all documentation complies with accounting standards and internal policies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or part-qualified status in ACCA, ICMA, or CIMA.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Effective communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work the evening shift from 3 PM to 12 AM.
