Soft Nation Technologies is looking for a motivated female Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Procurement to join their team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi. This full-time role operates from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm and offers an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to build their skills in procurement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Support negotiation activities to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
- Utilize MS Excel and other MS Office applications to analyze data and generate reports.
- Continuously improve procurement procedures and contribute to process optimization.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced work environment.
