Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an NDIS & Aged Care Assistant at Muttii Human Care. The Assistant will be responsible for providing manual handling assistance, utilising strong interpersonal skills to support clients, offering dementia care, caregiving, and maintaining effective communication with clients and their families.
Responsibilities
Cold call database and book appointments
Calendar management and follow-ups
Social media management
Virtual reception and customer support
Drafting service agreements, participant contracts and other NDIS-related paperwork
bookkeeping and payroll
Qualifications
You must be fluent in English
Data entry and administrative support skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience with virtual assistance and customer service
Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT concepts is a plus
Currently pursuing a degree in a related field or recent graduate
Solid experience in Australian NDIS and Aged Care practice and systems is a must have
Manual Handling and Caregiving skills
Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Experience in providing dementia care
Ability to work empathetically and collaboratively with clients
Certification in Aged Care or Disability Support
Knowledge of NDIS guidelines and regulations
