Network Engineer

Clickon is seeking a skilled Network Engineer with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will take ownership of designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. This role involves overseeing the architecture of both wired and wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and safeguarding data transmission. The Network Engineer will troubleshoot and diagnose network issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity. Managing a team of two network specialists, the candidate will lead efforts to improve network efficiency and incorporate modern automation techniques. The position calls for expertise in routing and switching, network security, and wireless network management. The Network Engineer will monitor network performance proactively and configure wireless LANs (WLAN) according to evolving organizational requirements. The ideal candidate will continuously update the network to meet industry standards and implement Wi-Fi protocols to support robust wireless communication. This role combines hands-on technical skills with leadership responsibilities to propel Clickon's network capabilities forward and ensure a secure, reliable environment for all users.
Responsibilities
 

• Design, configure, and maintain network architecture including routing, switching, and wireless components to meet organizational needs.
• Implement and manage network security measures to protect company data and infrastructure from external and internal threats.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to quickly identify and resolve network issues, minimizing downtime.
• Monitor network performance continuously and optimize systems to ensure efficient and stable operation.
• Manage wireless network systems, including configuration and maintenance of WLANs and application of Wi-Fi protocols.
• Leverage network automation tools to streamline configuration, monitoring, and management tasks.
• Lead and supervise a team of two network engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Stay informed about the latest networking technologies and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
