Role Description

This is a temporary, on-site role for a Nurse based at our facility in Karachi. The Nurse will provide compassionate care to patients by monitoring their health, administering medications, and assisting in therapeutic processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with the medical team to support individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate health records, and ensuring a safe and secure treatment environment for patients. The Nurse will also provide emotional support and educate patients and their families about health care plans and rehabilitation progress.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and responding to medical needs
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams consisting of medical staff, psychiatrists, and psychologists
• Strong documentation skills to maintain patient health records with high attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Capable of working in a high-demand, fast-paced, and emotionally charged environment
• Relevant nursing qualifications, such as a nursing diploma or degree, and valid licensure to practice in Pakistan
• Understanding of addiction treatment and rehabilitation methods is advantageous
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Urdu is highly desirable
