We're Hiring: OD Executive – AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd.

Location: DHA Phase VIII, Karachi

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000/month

About Us:

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is a leader in Pakistan's amusement and hospitality industry, known for creating memorable experiences and developing exceptional teams. We’re currently seeking an OD Executive to support and strengthen our organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing OD strategies and policies.

Support performance management systems.

Coordinate employee engagement and training programs.

Analyze data and generate OD reports.

Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in HR or OD roles (fresh graduates with internships may also apply).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
