We are seeking a presentable, professional, and resourceful Office Assistant to join our team, bringing proactive support to our daily operations. The ideal candidate not only maintains a confident and polished appearance but also excels in managing tasks, coordinating team activities, and communicating effectively with clients. This role also includes creating social media content. Position demands versatility in handling administrative and content-related responsibilities, including availability after office hours to ensure smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content Creation: Personally create and manage engaging content — including reels, posts, and written material.
  • Remote Assistance: Provide support outside regular hours to address urgent tasks and maintain continuity.
  • Team Support & Coordination: Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve productivity on various projects.
  • Service Promotion: Reach out to prospective clients to present and promote our services effectively.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Organize and lead strategy workshops, working with clients and team members to develop targeted strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Write and refine proposals tailored to client needs, effectively communicating value propositions and strategic goals.
  • Meeting Management: Schedule, coordinate, attend, and organize meetings for internal teams and client interactions.
  • Task Tracking: Monitor and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely and smooth execution of responsibilities.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Assist with hiring efforts by managing documentation and facilitating onboarding and orientation for new team members.
  • Assistance to CEO: Aid the CEO in strategy development, brainstorming ideas, and ensuring the efficient execution of team, client, and office initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle unexpected issues or challenges that arise, finding quick and effective solutions.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks or priorities.
  • Presentable and professional personality.
  • Good command of English (writing and speaking).
  • Comfortable with representing the company in a professional manner (e.g. meetings, introductions, or appearing in short video messages/reels).
  • Ability to handle tasks with responsibility and efficiency.

Salary Package:

Salary: Rs 30,000 – Rs 35,000 per month

Salary During Probation: Rs 20,000
