Job Purpose:

The Office Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Chief Internal Audit, ensuring efficient departmental functioning. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism in managing documentation, scheduling, communication, and reporting tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Administrative Support

Manage the Chief Internal Audit’s calendar, meetings, and confidential correspondence.
Maintain organized records of audit reports and documents.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
Operational Coordination

Serve as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders.
Support the audit team with administrative tasks and follow up on action items.
Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and audit reports.
Maintain records of audit plans, policies, and procedures.
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.


What Makes You a Good Fit?

✔️ Education: MBA or equivalent specialized training.
✔️ Experience: 2-4 years in administration, coordination, or audit support.
✔️ Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills.


Job Location - G&T Head Office.
