We’re seeking a high-performing, tech-savvy Office Manager to be the CEO’s right-hand partner in a dynamic remote setting. You’ll take ownership of systems, streamline operations, and manage logistics independently. This is a leadership-support role for someone who thrives on execution, structure, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and communications across global time zones
  • Design and maintain digital systems (Dropbox, Drive) for document, inventory, and tenant management
  • Create SOPs, templates, and workflows for recurring tasks (e.g., property management)
  • Conduct research on regulatory topics (U.S. permits, compliance) and summarize findings
  • Perform bookkeeping and create analytical reports using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Set up and manage simple web pages using tools like WordPress or Webflow

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) for professional communication
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Trello/Asana, and CRMs
  • Process builder who enjoys creating order and developing SOPs
  • Self-driven and capable of managing tasks independently
  • Versatile generalist who can handle research, finance, and project management seamlessly

Experience: 3+ years in Office Management, Operations, or Executive Support roles

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with web publishing (WordPress, Wix)
  • Background in bookkeeping or finance
  • Familiarity with U.S. systems or a strong willingness to learn quickly
  • Certifications in project management or productivity tools
