Officer / Assistant Manager – ADC Reporting Unit

Bank AL Habib is looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join its ADC Reporting Unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory reports related to Alternate Delivery Channels (ADCs), ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), payment networks, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate degree (ACCA or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Maximum age: 30 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prepare and submit quarterly Payment Systems Data (PSD) reports.
• Prepare and submit quarterly reporting to VISA QoCEMEA.
• Prepare and submit ADC reports to 1LINK.
• Submit ATM downtime reports to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
• Prepare and submit the Half-Yearly Template for Reporting of Information on ML/TF/PF Risk relating to ADC transactions.
• Prepare ATM and ADC-related MIS reports for Senior Management and SBP, including reporting during gazetted holidays.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submission of all regulatory reports.

Required Skills:

• Sound knowledge of transaction flows and reporting related to Alternate Delivery Channels (ADCs), including e-banking channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare, analyze, and design reports for SBP and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools will be an added advantage.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and written and verbal communication skills.
