Job Description

The incumbment will be responsible for ensuring corporate compliance with laws and regulations, monitoring internal policies, and collaborating with auditors and regulatory bodies. The role involves managing corporate return filings and staying updated on evolving corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure corporate compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor and enforce internal policies, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate with internal and external Auditor and enterprise risk and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated on changing regulations affecting the corporate governance and Share registrar sector.
• Corporate Return Filings on behalf of Listed and Unlisted client companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate must have a strong understanding of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with corporate governance practices.
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, ensuring the company's operations align with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• The ability to analyze legal and regulatory issues and propose practical solutions to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Flexibility to stay updated with evolving regulations.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and compliance reporting requirements.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Law, Economics or related field.
