Job Summary
Keystone Enterprises Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Officer to join their team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain management and hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Key Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for planning and managing procurement, logistics, and inventory control activities to support overall operational efficiency. This includes identifying opportunities to reduce costs while ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials, machinery, and other essential items. Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships is crucial, with an emphasis on negotiating favorable prices and contract terms.

Monitoring supplier performance to ensure adherence to company standards and quality requirements is a key part of the role. The officer will coordinate closely with internal departments to support demand planning and inventory forecasting, optimizing stock levels to avoid shortages or excesses. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain transactions is essential for transparency and accountability.

Additionally, the role involves ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations to meet delivery schedules consistently. The Supply Chain Officer will prepare regular performance reports on supply chain activities and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline. They should have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of supply chain processes and ERP systems. Strong negotiation and communication skills are required to manage vendor relationships effectively and ensure favorable terms.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools is expected to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
