Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for daily departmental operations and tasks.
- Prioritize and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, including follow-ups and record keeping.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion and submission of all documentation as directed by the departmental head.
- Contribute actively to client relationship management by fostering positive interactions and building trust.
- Adapt professionally to various working conditions and handle diverse situations with discretion.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, clients, and team members through email, telephone, and electronic platforms.
- Organize workflows proactively to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
- Take ownership of complaints and queries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating accountability and initiative.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a good commercial understanding.
- Strong organizational, planning, and client relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time.
- Location: Bahria Town Karachi, Mid Way Commercial, 18B (only candidates residing in Bahria Town will be considered).
- Working Hours: Winter shift from 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM; Summer shift from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Pakistan Standard Time, subject to change based on business needs).
- Holiday Schedule: Observes UK calendar holidays exclusively; Pakistani federal holidays are not observed.
- Salary Range: PKR 60,000 to PKR 90,000 per month.
- Work Arrangement: On-site presence is required.
