Operator Metalizer

Key Accountabilities:

•Perform duty in shifts to produce BOPP/CPP/Metalized Films on Co.'s machines, with 100% compliance to CO.'s SHE policy & SOPs for Film manufacturing.

•Effective & efficient delivery of shift production targets assigned by supervisor/LM, on daily/monthly/quarterly basis.

•Monitor machine parameters & perform machine troubleshooting / other maintenance tasks where applicable.

•Ensure minimum wastages and line breaks during production activities.

•Supervise & train junior operators (Apprentices) & guide other production helpers on Dept., machine & process SOPs.

•Comply to the Co. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policy, 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), ISO & Quality Standards, Co. and Machine SOPs.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

•Min. DAE (Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical).

•Min. 02 years experience in production operations, in a manufacturing set up.

•Industry-specific experience (CPP / BOPP / BOPET manufacturing is preferred

•Technical knowledge of machines and process

•Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and ISO standards

•Knowledge of material handling & resource handling

•Basic machine troubleshooting skills and Root Cause Analysis

•Knowledge on Occupational Health & Safety.

•MS Office proficiency (basic level)

•Soft Skills: Basic mathematical skills (for Production, Waste Reporting), Communication skills, Planned & Organized, Basic Supervisory skills, Adaptability, Time Management
