Outbound Sales Executive – Forex Industry (Remote)

Main Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote Forex services
• Handle both warm and cold leads in a polite and confident manner
• Explain company products clearly and answer client questions
• Keep records of all client calls and follow-ups
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Work closely with the team to improve sales and communication quality

Requirements:

• Must have experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales
• Excellent communication in Urdu (fluent and clear) and English (conversational)
• Educated, professional, and well-spoken personality
• A pleasant voice tone and graceful communication style
• Confident, polite, and able to handle clients effectively
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
