Packaging Designer - Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

We are looking to expand our design team by adding a talented Packaging Designer with strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quickly creating packaging designs while maintaining accuracy in technical sizing for various containers such as tubes, boxes, and other packaging formats. This role demands a sharp eye for branding consistency and color coordination, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and management to produce high-quality print and digital materials.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop packaging designs and print mockups based on guidance from the marketing team and management.
- Follow technical drawings meticulously to ensure precise sizing for tubes, boxes, and other container types.
- Create mockups for packaging, branding, and other creative assets.
- Produce artwork that strictly adheres to brand guidelines using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Utilize AI tools for mockup creation and idea generation, with training provided to enhance proficiency in these technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator specifically for packaging design.
- Strong understanding of technical sizing and specifications for various packaging formats including tubes, boxes, and containers.
- Ability to create designs that align with established branding and color schemes.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant packaging design work is essential; applications without a portfolio or solid background in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will not be considered.
- Willingness to work on-site in person.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with AI tools for design mockups and creative idea generation is advantageous; training will be provided to develop these skills further.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
- Full-time position with an expected hiring timeline of approximately two weeks from application to final decision.
