Packing & Inventory Supervisor

Babji Manufacturing is looking for a committed Packing & Inventory Supervisor to lead the packing department operations at its North Karachi, Gabol Town facility. This full-time role requires managing the packing team, ensuring efficient workflow, and creating production plans that align with company objectives. The position operates on a 12-hour shift from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM and demands hands-on supervision to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the packing department and supervise all activities related to packing operations. Oversee and coordinate labor within the packing section to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Develop and implement production plans based on demand forecasts and operational goals. Maintain accurate reporting and documentation concerning packing and inventory processes. Ensure effective time management and team coordination to consistently meet production deadlines.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum education level of Intermediate (Inter). A minimum of four years’ experience in packing supervision or a similar role is essential. Strong skills in reporting, production planning, team handling, time management, and labor management are required to succeed in this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Proven ability to efficiently manage labor teams is highly valued. The company offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 43,000 to Rs. 50,000. Additional benefits include one yearly bonus and an attendance allowance. The role requires in-person attendance at the factory site, emphasizing the need for reliable and consistent presence.
