We’re Hiring: Payroll Operations

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Operations to manage end-to-end payroll operations for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have strong client-handling skills, in-depth knowledge of statutory compliance, and hands-on experience with payroll systems and Excel.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll operations for multiple clients accurately and timely
  • Handle client coordination and communication regarding payroll matters
  • Ensure compliance with EOBI, SESSI, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
  • Process monthly payroll using Excel and payroll software
  • Supervise payroll team activities and ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain payroll records, reports, and reconciliations
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to client queries


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan payroll laws and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounts
