We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional to support the entire recruitment lifecycle and contribute to talent planning, colleague relations, and organizational development within a fast-paced, global setting. This role requires partnering closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions, drive culture transformation, and ensure compliance with employment laws, all while fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects, influencing stakeholders, and navigating a complex matrix organization with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing, consultative engagement, and compensation alignment. Ensure compliance with operating procedures and best practices from requisition through to final appointment. Manage the offer process for both internal and external candidates, including pre-employment medical screenings and offer development. Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to enhance candidate flow and attract top talent. Consistently meet recruitment targets and performance metrics.

Talent Planning and Performance Management:
Lead talent review meetings and actively participate in performance calibration sessions. Support managers through performance appraisals, compensation discussions, and talent reviews to drive employee development and align with organizational objectives.

Colleague Relations:
Design and implement programs that promote positive colleague relations across the company. Provide guidance to management on progressive discipline, promotions, transfers, and demotions. Develop sustainable onboarding solutions and monitor turnover trends to recommend improvements. Encourage skill development and productivity among people managers while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and fair handling of performance and behavioral matters.

Culture Change Management:
Facilitate culture change initiatives and collaborate with business leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and optimize organizational structure.

Expatriate and International Assignment Management:
Manage all aspects of expatriate and international assignments, ensuring smooth administration and compliance with relevant policies.

HR Policies and Procedures:
Conduct regular communication sessions to improve managers’ understanding and application of HR policies and procedures.

HR Business Partnering:
Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to business leaders, addressing challenges and recommending solutions to enhance business outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits:
Work closely with HR Operations to improve colleague awareness of compensation and benefits programs. Participate in job grading evaluations and prepare salary proposals related to career progression. Stay current on market trends to advise on competitive total rewards strategies.

General HR Duties:
Develop and implement HR policies that comply with local laws and global standards while maintaining market competitiveness. Lead and motivate the HR team to deliver high-quality results. Participate in HR projects and support the rollout of new HR programs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an HR practitioner
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with business leaders
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficient in project management, organizational diagnostics, and data analysis
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to change
- Demonstrated success working in complex, matrixed environments
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations
