We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, primarily across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and TikTok. This role requires a blend of performance marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on client results and ROI.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that align with client goals and broader marketing objectives.
  • Lead planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, producing weekly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and allocate monthly advertising budgets effectively to meet performance targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign briefs and provide strategic input on creative direction.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and structured growth experiments, scaling effective tactics.
  • Stay current with trends and updates across all paid platforms, particularly Google, Meta, and TikTok, and apply learnings to active campaigns.
  • Use analytics and data-driven insights to optimize campaign strategies and guide decision-making.
  • Own and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and key outcomes directly to the senior manager or leadership team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in paid search and social, ensuring best practices are followed across accounts.

ROI (Return on Investment)

  • Measure the revenue generated from individual platforms and campaigns. Track, monitor and improve the ROI for each campaign.

Reporting Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear and concise weekly and monthly performance reports, outlining results, insights, and next steps.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and social campaigns.

Key Skills

  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in media planning and buying tools across major platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of performance marketing and digital advertising principles.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Bing, and TikTok.
