We’re Hiring Customer Happiness Specialist (Pharm-D / Pharmacist Background Preferred)

Location: Karachi | Type: Full-time, On-site

🩺 What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with empathy and professionalism

• Provide informed assistance by understanding prescriptions and medical terms

• Ensure every customer interaction ends with satisfactions and trust.

• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups for seamless support

🩺 Who We’re Looking For:

• Pharm-D / Pharmacist background having 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service

• Strong communication skills in English & Urdu

• Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus

• Compassionate, patient-centric, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setup
