The Phlebotomist/Dispenser is responsible for collecting blood samples from patients using standard venipuncture techniques and ensuring accurate labeling and handling of specimens. 

Additionally, the role includes dispensing prescribed medications, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring proper storage and documentation in accordance with medical and legal standards.

Strong attention to detail, patient care, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
