Phone Banking Officer

FSC Integrated Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for applications from dedicated and motivated individuals for one of the Leading Bank of Pakistan.

Location: I.I Chundrigarh Road Karachi

Qualification: Bachelors’ Degree Holder (Must have Official Transcript or Degree)

Experience: 0-1 Year of experience

Age Limit: 32 years

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers over the phone to assist them with a wide range of banking inquiries and transactions. Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer questions, concerns, and requests.

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, Proficiency in using basic computer applications
