Phone Banking Officer

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to customer questions, concerns, and requests.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
• Proficiency in using basic computer applications
• Multiple Language Proficiency
