*𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲: 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠*

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

·       Lead maintenance operations across 6 automatic glass ampoule manufacturing lines.

·       Minimize equipment downtime and maximize machinery reliability.

·       Oversee machine overhauls, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.

·       Improve production efficiency, OEE, and glass wastage.

·       Lead engineering teams and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.

·       𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐂𝐌𝐈-𝐎𝐓𝐆 (𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐲) 𝐚𝐧𝐝/𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐘𝐏 (𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧) 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲.

·       𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐝𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

·       𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐩𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐦-𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬.

·       𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

⭐ Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical glass ampoule manufacturing and primary packaging.
