Plant Head - Multiple positions across Pakistan

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Plant Heads to join our leadership team across multiple manufacturing locations in Pakistan.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional with strong experience in plant operations, manufacturing excellence, process optimization, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a complex, technology-driven manufacturing facility and deliver excellence across safety, quality, productivity, yield, cost, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, yield, and efficiency targets are achieved.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost competitiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Utilities, Powerhouse, Product Development and related functions.
• Own plant performance, operational KPIs, capacity utilization, reliability, and overall manufacturing effectiveness.
• Drive initiatives focused on productivity improvement, waste reduction, energy efficiency, quality enhancement, and cost optimization.
• Oversee plant budgeting, resource planning, capital expenditure, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Partner with senior leadership on capacity expansion, strategic planning, technology enhancement, and business growth initiatives.
• Build and develop a strong leadership pipeline, including department heads, managers, and team leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, discipline, continuous improvement, and high performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing/plant operations, with significant experience in a senior leadership capacity.
• B.E./B.Sc. Engineering – Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, or equivalent
• Proven experience of managing large-scale, technology-driven manufacturing operations, preferably in continuous process industry, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of process manufacturing, production systems, maintenance, quality, utilities, and operational excellence.
• Experience in high-speed continuous manufacturing / polymer, petrochemical, packaging, or other process industries will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated track record of improving productivity, yield, quality, reliability, and cost performance.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
