The Hunar Foundation (THF) invites applications for Principal – TVET Programs for its institute in Karachi. The role involves leading vocational training operations, ensuring quality skills development, and strengthening industry alignment.

The role includes:

• Oversee training operations and program delivery
• Supervise instructors and student performance
• Ensure compliance with TVET standards and institutional policies
• Strengthen industry linkages and placement outcomes

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Education, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• 5–7 years in leadership within TVET/skills development sector
• Strong communication and operational management skills
