What you’ll do?

Lead Product Vision: Chart the roadmap for our AI agent that helps property managers, hosts, and real estate teams anticipate needs, solve problems, and delight guests going way beyond simple automation. 
User-Obsessed Design: Engage deeply with real users, property owners, short-term rental managers, hospitality tech wizards to discover real pain points and then design creative, scalable solutions. 
Cross-Functional Leadership: Rally engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to ship features that matter and rethink what’s possible for rental operations and guest experiences. 
Full Lifecycle Ownership: Lead product discovery, rapid prototyping, validation, product launch, and constant iteration; the wins and the lessons are all yours. 
Champion Innovation: Explore new tech (predictive analytics, IoT, LLMs, smart contracts) and run fast experiments to keep us ahead of the crowded market.
