Product Manager Deposits/Liability

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Product Manager – Deposits to join our growing team at JS Bank – Shaheen Complex, Karachi.

Position Details:
Grade: AVP I to AVP 2
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant banking/product management experience
Location: Shaheen Complex, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and enhance Deposit and Value-Added Products in line with SBP regulations.
Design and execute sales strategies and training plans for branches.
Conduct product research, process improvement, and competitor benchmarking.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, and Sales for smooth execution.
Lead product campaigns and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in product management or banking operations.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
