Product Manager - Digital Ecosystem

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of our digital ecosystem initiatives, including wallets, booking platforms, and lifestyle applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling customer-facing digital products that seamlessly integrate multiple services into one unified platform.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital ecosystem products such as digital wallets, booking systems, loyalty & rewards, and lifestyle applications.
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships to expand the ecosystem.

Product Development

• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user journeys.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and data teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure products.
• Ensure seamless integration across services (payments, booking, content, loyalty, etc.).

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, operations, compliance, finance).
• Manage partnerships with fintechs, merchants, and technology providers to enhance product offerings.

Customer Experience

• Drive customer-centric product development with a focus on user experience, adoption, and retention.
• Conduct market research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate product improvements.

Performance & Analytics

• Define KPIs, track product performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Deliver insights to optimize engagement, revenue generation, and ecosystem value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of product management experience in digital ecosystems (wallets, super apps, booking platforms, or lifestyle apps).
• Strong understanding of fintech, payments, booking systems, loyalty programs, and digital commerce.
• Proven ability to launch and scale products in a competitive digital market.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of API-driven ecosystems and integrations with third-party partners.
• Familiarity with financial compliance, data security, and user authentication frameworks.
• Experience working in multi-country or multicultural markets.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for lifestyle and consumer applications.
